In April 2023, Midwayer Films, with funding from the Erasmus+ program and the European Union, sent its employees to Iceland, where our partner Sigrun Sol Olafsdottir from the Icelandic Casting Agency conducted a practical film acting workshop with our team. In addition, we also met the representatives of the Icelandic Film School. During the workshop, we honed our acting skills, practiced improvisation and auditioning in front of a camera, worked with scenes and gained much valuable knowledge for appearing more natural in front of a camera.
 
On the 20th of June, in co-operation with Iceland Casting and the European Union, Midwayer Films hosted a free film acting workshop, where we passed on the knowledge, tips and tricks gained from our mobility. In addition, we conducted many practical exercises for film actors. We also gave advice on how to prepare for and succeed at a film audtion.
